Aces Security is a premier provider of security services in the midwest.  Headquartered in Chicago, we offer business and personal protection, as well as investigatory services, in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.  All of our security personnel are armed, off-duty or retired police officers from various departments.

Quality assurance at Aces Security means diligent attention to our clients and a demonstrated ability to fulfill our commitments.  Aces Security knows that our clients have many choices, and to remain a leader we must perform.  Establishing quality at the beginning of a contract and maintaining or improving that quality of service during the contract are of primary importance to us when providing an efficient, cost-effective security-officer program.  Aces Security recognizes that, in order to successfully realize consistency of quality, we need to continually work as a team with concerned client personnel toward the goal of improving security through cost-effective means.

Training programs will vary based upon the need of the client.  After the awarding of contracts, a management team will be assembled by Aces Security; this team will meet with all responsible parties from the client's company.  All plans and protocols will be discussed and implemented at these meetings and can be restructured at any time by the client.  The Executive Director at the Aces Security management team will discuss the client's security needs and implement the plan at all occupied posts.  This will continue with timely follow-ups by the supervisors.  The Aces Security Executive Director will assure implementation of plans and protocols as discussed by the client by unannounced and spontaneous visits to the client's location.

Aces Security maintains its commercial general liability insurance coverage with a three million dollar combined single limit liability policy.  The fullest coverage is provided with all mandatory endorsements under Illinois state law.  Aces Security also provides under this coverage, at no additional cost to its clients, optional endorsements on its policies.  These optional endorsements include amendatory endorsement care, custody or control, and a use of protective force endorsement (armed).  This covers all security guards employed on site and includes any private investigations conducted by Aces Security.
